UTC Global Clock (formerly UTC Display) will display Universal Time -- or any world time zone -- in any corner of your screen, the menu, and/or the Dock.
New Feature: Chimes at the top of the hour may now repeat the same number of times as the current hour (a la a cuckoo clock). This follows a 12-hour (a.m./p.m.) format, since 23 chimes at 11:00 p.m. seems like a bit much. ;-)
Multiple Quick Calendar windows may now be opened simultaneously.
Quick Calendar window now remembers its position.
Preferences window shows reminder (at bottom of window) when changes have been made in windows that open from the Preferences window.
Installer has been streamlined, with fewer clicks required to complete an update. Install process no longer asks where to download the disk image; it downloads to the Desktop unless that directory is not writable, in which case it asks. Install process will no longer ask whether to keep or delete old installation; it will always keep the previous installation.
Fixed memory leak related to menu time displays.
Changed Preferences file format. This version will read your existing preferences (if any), and import them. Preferences will be saved to a new file (“UTC Global Clock Preferences 2”) so that both versions may co-exist.
Screen Corner and Menu Bar time display Help Tags now update properly when set to show the date and time.
When restored at launch, timers now remember their screen positions, even after a power failure or hard system crash. Restored timers now require confirmation before closing.
Stopwatch Reset button now allows mousedown, then drag off the control, then mouseup to cancel the action.
Calendar images in time display menus will now highlight the correct date.
Copy display to clipboard fixed for menu item displays.
KALKI This little utility is EXCELLENT! The best way that I've found to keep track of UTC. I have other clock utilities set to various time zones to keep track of friends, but this is the neatest of them all. (Version 1.3b1)
